In order to add new user on ClearOS server, we can use the web config manager to do this. Simply open your web browser and type https://192.168.1.2:81 . Change the ip address with your ClearOS server IP address. Next, go to System section and click User to open the User management section.
Press Add and enter the new user details
On the App Policies, specify to enable or disable user to access Server's features such as Dropbox, FTP Server or Web Proxy. Press Add to save the new user. OK that's it. Simple right?
